Let me take a moment to tell you about myself. I am a Master’s level graduate of Valparaiso University.  I am a Licenced Professional Counselor, LPC in the state of Arizona and am a member of the American Counseling Association. I have over 20 years experience in the mental health field.  I have extensive experience with trauma and am trained in EMDR therapy. I am specialized in all developmental stages from birth to geriatrics. 

As my patient, you can expect confidentiality and respect. I treat most psychiatric conditions including trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD,  stresses caused by work, relationships, and other difficulties that life can present.  I am a solution focused therapist who works collaboratively with you  to reach your goals and full potential.
